We are a family run business incorporated as 'Yellow Box Engineering Ltd'. Our heritage comes from 'Steam Car Developments' that was founded and run by Roger Williams for over 35 years.  The business has a well established customer base and a strong focus on delivering high quality custom manufactured parts for Citroen Traction engines. Our goal is to provide the best quality parts in the world with a support service that is second to non.

The fabrication of these parts began with making upgrades to the family owned 'Light 15'. When news spread to other Citroen Traction Avant enthusiasts regarding the quality and performance of these parts the supply business was formed. Recently our family 'Light 15' has even been used as a wedding car to welcome the most recent addition to the family!

All the knowledge and expertise of our design and manufacturing processes has been passed down through three generations where our parts are continually improved while being tried and testing in numerous applications across the globe.

Robert Mitchell-Williams M.Eng

Robert is the managing director of 'Yellow Box Engineering Ltd'  and takes care of the day to day operations. 

Roger Williams B.Sc. C.Eng

Roger founded and ran the world renowned 'Steam Car Developments'  business for over 35 years. He has worked on restoring traction engines for over three decades, his expert knowledge of classic cars is second to non.
